A few days ago, Amazon announced the official launch of the Belgian station! Global sellers can now start selling on Amazon.com.be. It is understood that the Belgian station will be available in French, Dutch and English. If the seller already has a European joint account, there is no need to register separately, and the Belgian station will automatically appear in the seller’s account .

If the company is established in China, and there is no overseas inventory in Belgium, there is no need to register a VAT tax number! In addition, since there is no FBA warehouse in Belgium at present, it can directly enter the warehouse in Germany and France. Ship from Germany/France to Belgium, share inventory and enjoy local delivery fees.

1. Belgium is just the beginning

It is reported that after Poland in March 2021, Sweden in October 2020 and the Netherlands in March 2020, Amazon will launch the Belgian site on October 18 this year, which is also Amazon’s tenth site in Europe and the 21st country in the world. site.

As with the previous launch, sellers on the Belgian site are almost exclusively existing sellers from other European marketplaces - mainly businesses from China, Germany, the UK, Italy, France and Spain, not Belgium.

Currently, Amazon Belgium has more than 180 million products listed. In the first half of this year, Belgian consumers spent 7.22 billion euros online. Compared with the same period a year ago, an increase of 30% can be described as unlimited business opportunities. Friends who are interested in entering the Belgian site can continue to pay attention to the follow-up platform policies and market conditions.
